Course Description

A psychometric test is a way of assessing a person’s ability or personality in a measured and structured way. Some tests are used by employers to help them in their recruitment process while other tests can help people with career decision-making.

Attainment tests examine the skills and knowledge you already possess. This course is designed to help with the processes of recruitment and selection, training and development and team building. All test results will be treated with the strictest of confidence.
