This course examines well recognised and proven Key Account Management Tools, concepts and methodologies for application in today’s business environment.
Participants are asked to bring with them all the information, files, data etc that they have in relation to an existing (or prospective target) Key Account where they already enjoy a business relationship but where there is scope for growth.
These accounts are worked on during the course and a ‘battle plan’ is developed for each. This workshop is a practical programme.
