Course Description

In order to work effectively with others we need to create an environment, which fosters open and honest communication. This course will examine the ground roles for giving feedback and the ground roles for receiving feedback.

Combining open discussion, a certain amount of theory and real practical scenarios makes this course a memorable training day and helps to cement the learning, while making it practical for your unique work situation.

This Course Suits

The course can be adapted for two groups:

  1. Those who need to give and receive feedback within their peer group (or department)
  2. Those who need to develop a workable system to give feedback to their subordinates and to understand the potential difficulties of receiving feedback
