Tool Servicing
To keep your tool in good working order, we recommend that it is professionally serviced at least once a year. Our main tool service centre is located within the Crawley Head Office in West Sussex. Here our team of trained tool technicians service around 300 tools per week.
We also have 48 Approved Service Centres located around the UK and Ireland. In order to meet the ‘Approved’ status, these service centres have met a series of strict conditions and their service personnel have been personally trained by us.
You can arrange for your tool to be serviced in a number of ways:
Take the tool direct to your local dealer who can arrange for it to be serviced at the Crawley Service Centre.
Take or send your tool directly to one of our Approved Service Centres.
