The HC6 Hard Concrete & Steel pin is designed for fixing to concrete above C25 and steel substrates,
for use with the Spit Pulsa
Product Features
| Each box of 500 pins includes 1 fuel cell that will install up to 850 pins meaning no wastage on site |
| Pins are collated in strips of ten allowing them to be located in the tool quickly reducing dropped pin wastage |
| The first Pulsa pins suitable for ceilings where dense aggregate appears in concrete base materials with double the success rate in this application compared with the standard C6 pin |
Specification
| The pins are made from high quality 1,066 grade steel with a core hardness of 54-58HRc |
| The special pinch passing finishing process creates a better point enabling increased success in overhead applications |
| ITW CP always recommends site tests where Pulsa is intended for use in critical applications |
Instructions for use
| Ease the lock-out mechanism along the pin guide to the rear of the tool |
| Insert HC6 pins in strips of 10 into the slot |
| Reverse the lock-out mechanism back towards the front of the tool, making it ready for use |
