Reinforcement starter bars, reinforcement anchors for diaphragm walls

Product Features

Class of use – 40°C / +120°C (more than 50% of failure value at 120°)

High bonding quality (18 N/mm²)

Rebar failure guaranteed with short anchoring depths

Example rebar diameter 8mm, rebar failure guaranteed for an anchorage of 60mm in 25 Mpa concrete

Installation time less than 7 mins at 20°C

Curing time for 100% of strength value: 110 mins

Epobar successfully passed tests on water saturated concrete (as per the NF standard requirements)

No break on sites due to bad weather

Diamant drilling authorised

Easy injection

Styrene free

Odourless

Non-corrosive resin

Resin non hazardous for environment

One year lifetime for each cartridge, opened or not

Cartridge is self UV protected for better conservation

Cartridge is now sealed to prevent leaking / stickiness

Specification

Epobar is a vinylester injection resin system. On application the resin and hardener are injected into the fixing hole. Steel reinforcement starter bar is then inserted and allowed cure time.
