Specification

Upon tightening, the Dynabolt® pulls down and shortens in length. This dynamic action creates tremendous holding power while at the same time pulling down uneven base plates Dynabolt thin walled, torque controlled expansion anchor, installed through the fixture, sets by tightening the bolt or nut, pulling a tapered expansion cone nut into an expanding sleeve. The anchor exerts a clamping force onto the fixture, securing it against the surface of the substrate. Patented designed collapsible centre section, produces a further clamping down of uneven surfaces

Zinc Plated Version

Bolt grade 6.8, sleeve min UTS 340 N/mm², expansion cone min UTS 520 N/mm², zinc cobalt plated 5µm

Stainless Steel Version

Bolt grade A4 - 316 sleeve, sleeve min UTS 250 N/mm², expansion cone min UTS 340 N/mm²

Installation

Drill correct diameter hole to recommended depth for the Dynabolt selected

Remove debris from hole by blowing out with compressed air or hand held blow out pump

Insert anchor through fixture and tap in until washer contacts fixture

Tighten bolt with a torque wrench to the recommended tightening torque for the Dynabolt® selected
